Zero Liability Policy

Use your Visa card to shop online, in a store, or anywhere, and you're protected from unauthorized use of your Visa Infinite card or account information. With Visa's Zero Liability policy, your liability for unauthorized transactions is $0 - you pay nothing! Visa cardholders must establish that the transaction is not their responsibility as per all applicable agreements of the issuing financial institution. Commercial cards are excluded from the policy.

Collision / Loss Damage Insurance (CLDI)

When you rent a car almost anywhere in the world and pay for the full cost of the rental with a Visa card eligible for coverage, you can receive the Visa Auto Rental Collision/Loss Damage Insurance coverage at no additional cost. Remember, to take advantage of this coverage you must decline the collision/loss damage insurance offered by the rental company. This protection does not extend to third-party liability (property damage, injury or death resulting from an accident) or the loss of personal effects. Complete terms and conditions, including exclusions and limitations, are set out in the Certificate of Insurance.

Emergency Card Replacement Service & Emergency Cash Service

If your Visa Infinite card is lost or stolen, or if you need an emergency cash advance delivered (24 hours a day, seven days a week), call Visa Customer Service at 1-800-847-2113. Or call collect at 1-410-902-8011.

A representative will work with you to arrange a convenient location for you to pick up your emergency replacement card or cash advance, or will make arrangements for direct delivery - usually within 24 hours.

Lost/Stolen Card Reporting

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that if your Visa Infinite card is lost or stolen, assistance is only a phone call away. With the Lost/Stolen Card Reporting service, reporting a lost or stolen card is simple. Just call Visa Customer Service at 1-800-847-2113, or 1-410-902-8011 collect, and a Visa representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and help replace your card.

Visa Customer Care Services (VCCS) provides 24-hour emergency services to Visa cardholders around the world.

No pre-set spending limit¹*

Visa Infinite cardholders with no pre-set spending limit have a credit limit but also have the flexibility to exceed their credit limit should they ever need the additional purchasing power. You’ll have peace of mind knowing that you'll have additional spending flexibility because of a no pre-set spending limit. No pre-set spending limit transaction authorizations and repayment terms are determined by individual card issuers. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply.
